This RRFV Code document was approved by the SADC Ministers responsible for Agriculture and Food Security, Fisheries and Aquaculture, at the Ministers’ Meeting held on 30 May 2025 in Harare, Zimbabwe. The document supports domestication and implementation of the 2001 SADC Protocol on Fisheries and the 2017 Charter Establishing Fisheries Monitoring, Control and Surveillance Coordination Centre (MCSCC).
